We’re looking for a fluent or native English speaker with experience in technical software support and SQL-based data investigation to join our growing UK team.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

The Role

As a Software Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our English-speaking global clientele. You will move beyond basic troubleshooting to become a true product expert, ensuring our users maximise the value of our software suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and resolve complex software queries via telephone and email.

• Data Investigation: Use SQL to perform basic queries and updates, investigating back-end data to resolve technical issues.

• Problem Resolution: Diagnosing software bugs and collaborating with the development team to provide long-term solutions.

• Knowledge Sharing: Collaborating with the wider support team to document insights and improve the customer experience

Essential Requirements:

Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL; you must be comfortable writing and executing basic queries and updates to manage database information.

Experience: Proven background in customer-facing support, ideally within a software or technical environment.

Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Desirable Traits:

Proactive Mindset: A natural investigator who enjoys "diving into the details" to solve tricky problems before they escalate.

Growth Orientation: A genuine love for technology and a desire to continuously learn and master new software features
