The Role

As a Software Support Consultant at MCS Rental Software, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers seeking assistance with our business software. Your mission will be to provide prompt, friendly, and effective support to ensure our customers get the most out of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or mostly our online ticket customer portal.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related problems.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and solutions to users.
  • Document and track support tickets for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with our development and QA teams to address software bugs.
  • Offer training and guidance to users to enhance their software proficiency.

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

You should apply if:

  • Technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.

  • Experience in software helpdesk or customer support (1-2+ years).

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Patience and empathy when assisting users with varying technical skills.

  • Knowledge of business software suite is a plus or any ERP business application.
