As a Software Support Consultant at MCS Rental Software, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers seeking assistance with our business software. Your mission will be to provide prompt, friendly, and effective support to ensure our customers get the most out of our software solutions.

Headquartered in Maidenhead, UK, ideally, we would love to have you in the office regulary each week but we understand that if you live too far from us that the work will be remote.

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.
Experience in software helpdesk or customer support (1-2+ years).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Patience and empathy when assisting users with varying technical skills.
Knowledge of business software suite is a plus or any ERP business application.
