Senior Software Sales Executive

TenderEyes is a specialist enterprise bid and tender management platform used by organisations worldwide to manage complex tenders, improve win rates, and bring structure to bid processes.
With over 17 years in the market and customers across 35+ countries, TenderEyes sits at the intersection of bid expertise and smart software. We are now looking to strengthen our commercial capability with a dedicated sales professional who can own revenue growth.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Software Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle for TenderEyes, from first contact through to closing. This role blends consultative SaaS sales with industry credibility. The ideal candidate will either:
Come from a bid management / tendering background, or
Have strong B2B software sales experience and the ability to quickly learn the tendering landscape.
You will work directly with bid professionals, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders, positioning TenderEyes as a strategic solution rather than a transactional product.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage opportunities through to contract signature
Engage bid managers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders using a consultative approach
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and handle objections confidently
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, primarily via LinkedIn and inbound leads
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts

Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in B2B software sales (SaaS or technology solutions)
Experience managing the full sales cycle, including closing
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline
Comfortable using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting
Highly Desirable
Experience within tendering, bid management, procurement, or public sector sales
Understanding of how organisations respond to tenders and manage bids
Experience selling workflow, compliance, or document-based software
