The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our presence in Germany and the wider DACH region.
This is a primarily new-business role, ideal for a driven sales professional with 2–5 years of experience who wants to take ownership of a territory and accelerate their career in B2B software sales.
You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to product demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals—while becoming the trusted face of MCS in the German market. This role offers real responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to build a long-term sales career within a stable, well-established software business.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across Germany
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate MCS’s value proposition
Develop strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying journey
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM system
Represent MCS at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SDR, or Account Executive roles
Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
Comfortable with cold calling and building pipeline from scratch
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
Native-level or fluent German, with excellent English communication skills
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad
Experience in SaaS, ERP, or vertical software is an advantage, but not essential.
We value attitude, drive, curiosity, and learning ability just as much as direct industry experience.
