We are seeking a driven, German-speaking sales professional to join our expanding European team.

The Role

As our Sales Representative for Germany, you will play a central role in driving MCS’s growth across the DACH region. Your responsibilities will span a diverse and exciting range of activities, including:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up campaigns.

  • Qualify prospects and identify software needs and business challenges.

Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage the full sales process: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

  • Promote our MCS rental software solutions and clearly articulate product value.

  • Maintain an accurate and organised sales pipeline in our HubSpot CRM.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects and customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Respond to incoming enquiries via website, email, and telephone with excellent customer service.

Collaboration & Marketing Alignment

  • Work with our UK-based marketing team to align messaging and localise campaigns for the German market.

  • Support product-focused marketing activities, trade shows, and regional events.

Event Representation

Represent MCS rental software at exhibitions and conferences across the DACH region — networking, showcasing our products, and booking consultations.

Market Insight

Stay informed on rental industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.

You should apply if:

  • You are a native or fluent German speaker with excellent English.

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You have B2B sales experience, ideally in software (ERP, SaaS, or sector-specific).

  • You are confident with cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales.

  • You can deliver engaging software demonstrations and present to stakeholders.

  • You are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.

  • You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed.

  • You are willing to travel across Germany and occasionally to the UK.
