The Role

As our French-speaking Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of exciting tasks that include:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and research. Your mission is to develop relationships with prospects and identify opportunities in France.

Product Promotion: You'll be the driving force behind promoting our MCS rental software solutions and making qualified sales appointments for our sales team.

Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via website, telephone, and email, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on creating a comprehensive French marketing activity plan, contributing to marketing campaigns that will elevate our brand.

French Translation: Your linguistic skills will shine as you create French marketing collateral, including customer case studies, news articles, and translation of UK materials.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for French social media channels and create captivating marketing videos featuring short software demos.

Event Representation: Help organise and represent MCS rental software solutions at exhibitions and events, networking and showcasing our products.

Database Management: Take ownership of and maintain our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and organisation.

Quality Localisation: Review externally translated French marketing materials and ensure they are localised to a consistently high standard.

Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
