The Role

As our Business Software Product Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of managing and maintaining our critical software applications. From ERP and CRM to various enterprise tools, your expertise will drive smooth integration, robust functionality, and top-notch user support.

What You’ll Do:

Software Management:

  • Tailor software applications to meet our unique business needs and processes.

User Support and Training:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions and create clear documentation to empower users.

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge base for quick resolution of common issues.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their software requirements and ensure smooth workflow integration.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and make insightful recommendations for software enhancements.

  • Partner with IT and development teams to guarantee software compatibility and integration.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Keep a close eye on software performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.

  • Implement best practices to optimise software usage and performance.

Project Management:

  • Plan and oversee software implementation and upgrade projects from start to finish.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure all business software complies with security policies and industry regulations.

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to maintain system integrity.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Supervise data migration, integration, and synchronisation across business systems.

  • Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all software platforms.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Business Software Product Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise business software applications like ERP, CRM, and SCM systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting business software applications.

  • Proficient in database management, data migration, and integration processes.

  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and automation tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ERP/CRM certifications) are advantageous.

  • Skilled in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of business software applications.

  • Familiar with database management, data migration, and integration processes.

  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and automation tools is an added advantage.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Certifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP/CRM-related credentials are a big plus.
