About the Role:

We are TenderEyes, a leader in enterprise bid management solutions. We’re seeking someone with extensive bid experience. Someone who will be the bridge between sophisticated bid management technology and fellow bid management professionals across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships with Peers: Immerse yourself in engaging discussions with bid management teams internationally, understanding their unique challenges and guiding them towards our software solutions.

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Cultivate a sales pipeline focusing on high-value deals (£200k+), nurturing leads through your expertise and strategic insights.

  • Consultative Expertise: Position yourself as the go-to subject matter expert for TenderEyes, guiding and influencing peers and senior executives through a consultative sales journey.

  • Product Demonstrations: Lead captivating software demonstrations, addressing queries and providing resolutions that showcase our solution's value.

  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate and current records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.

What we're looking for:

  • Bid Management Expertise: Extensive experience in bid management, complete with a thorough understanding of formal tender processes, documentation, and effective collaboration with subject matter experts.

  • Strategic Thinking: Knowledge in winning tenders and maintaining a competitive edge.

  • Project Management Prowess: High proficiency in project management tools and techniques, particularly with complex solutions in various sectors.

  • Engagement Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with and understand the needs of commercial and bid management teams, reflecting a blend of empathy and professionalism.

  • Methodological Insight: Familiarity with PRINCE2, APMP, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.

  • Sector Experience: Background in the Medical Devices/Diagnostics sector is advantageous.
