The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working hours would be 11:00am – 7:00pm (to support the USA team).
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to develop hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, content creation, and marketing analytics within a global software business.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing content across digital channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring
Assist in the creation, editing, and execution of email marketing campaigns
Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy development
Analyse marketing data such as campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
Support the organisation and execution of international marketing events including webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining marketing assets, updating databases, and qualifying inbound leads
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic analytical skills with interest in data-driven marketing
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
Full UK driving licence preferred
Level 3 Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification desirable
