Our company, a leading B2B rental software reseller for Australia/ New Zealend and in the future South east Asia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to join our team. The Managing Director will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by leading and managing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
We're seeking an experienced Managing Director who has worked within the B2B ERP or finance software industry to join a leading B2B software reseller for Australia/ New Zealand (and in the future) Southeast Asia.
You will be an experienced and dynamic Managing Director with a history of driving growth and profitability by leading and managing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, customer support and finance.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Expanding, leading, and managing the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets: This is the most critical responsibility, as revenue generation is the lifeblood of any business. Highlight the importance of leadership and teamwork in driving success.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the business: Strategic planning sets the course for the company's future. Emphasize the significance of long-term vision and direction.
Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting: Financial management is crucial for the stability and sustainability of the business. Ensure the reader understands the importance of fiscal responsibility.

Up to $170K AUD base (and up to $250K AUD OTE). Additionally, we can offer a share option / purchase scheme.
