Group Finance & Administration Executive

We’re looking for a Group Finance & Administration Executive to join our team in the UK.

Maidenhead, UK (Hybrid – 50% office based)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

(Part-time – 25 hours per week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Group Finance & Administration Executive to support international accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis across multiple entities within the MCS Group.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and leadership team, you will play an important role in delivering accurate financial insights, improving financial processes, and supporting the setup and management of new international subsidiaries.

This position offers a broad mix of financial reporting, analysis, treasury support, and international finance operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting activities and month-end and year-end reporting for international branches

  • Prepare VAT returns, intercompany billing, and support group consolidation processes

  • Conduct staff cost and profitability analysis across projects and customers

  • Support treasury reporting, cash flow monitoring, and investment tracking

  • Assist with financial compliance and company secretarial activities across multiple jurisdictions

  • Contribute to finance transformation and automation projects supporting group growth

  • Support the setup and administration of new international subsidiaries

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and multi-entity accounting

  • Ability to analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights

  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing international business environment
