The Role

As a Finance & HR Administration Assistant at MCS Rental Software, you will play an important role in supporting our finance, HR, and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Managing invoice processing, payment reconciliation, finance reporting, and account analysis using Sage 300 financial systems.
  • General Office Duties: Handling phone inquiries, welcoming visitors, overseeing supplies, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining internal records.
  • Partner Support: Collaborating with our financial and administrative teams, conducting financial operations, analysis, and reconciliation, and maintaining internal records.
  • Staff Expenses: Assisting in processing employee expense claims.
  • Supplier Liaison: Reviewing supplier relationships, negotiating prices, analyzing payments, and managing subscription renewals.
  • HR Administration: Supporting the HR Manager as needed in onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing the sickness reporting process.
  • Business Support: Ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and information sharing across all areas of the business.
  • Compliance: Monitoring compliance with financial and administrative regulations and policies.
